Courtroom Canine Certification

This certification is required for therapy dog teams who plan to participate in courthouse work. It is also highly valued by judges, attorneys, and courthouse staff who work alongside courtroom canines.

The training provides a realistic look at what dogs and handlers may experience in the courtroom. Throughout the day, attendees will hear from expert speakers covering topics such as trauma, case law, human trafficking, and the role therapy dogs play in supporting victims and witnesses.
